Ce type correspond à la 20 Ffrancs Turin fabriquée en métropole. Ce type est frappé de 1358 à 1361 de l’Hégire (1939 à 1942). Pour 1939, outre l’essai, 100.000 exemplaires furent frappés. Les autres millésimes ne le furent qu’à 53 exemplaires chacun et sont très rares.

(1881-1956)
Das französische Protektorat Tunesien wurde durch den Vertrag von Bardo vom 12. Mai 1881 gegründet. Die politischen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Strukturen des Landes wurden verändert und das Währungssystem wurde durch die Einführung identischer Module dem Frankreichs nachempfunden. Das Protektorat wurde am 20. März 1956 nach Verhandlungen, die den Höhepunkt der tunesischen Nationalbewegung darstellten, endgültig abgeschafft..
