La monnaie est trouée en son centre. Il existe des variantes en fonction de la place du “-” sous “mes”, en fonction de la position du D de “DE” sous le 15, en fonction de la hauteur et de la largeur du chiffre “1” au revers, ainsi que de la hauteur du “C” au revers. Ce jeton existe avec ou sans le poinçon triangulaire. Variété Aa1+Ab1+Ra3+Rb1+Rc2, non répertoriée dans le “Les Jetons de Transport Français” de Roland Elie..

Historischer Hintergrund
TRANSPORT (ZÜGE, BUSSE, STRASSENBAHNEN, SCHIFFE...)
Die am 24. August 1837 eingeweihte Eisenbahnstrecke von Paris nach Saint-Germain bildet seit dem Gesetz vom 9. Juli 1835 den Ursprung des westlichen Eisenbahnnetzes. Eine der verwendeten Lokomotiven ist eine Seguin, Modell 1829, die erste französische Lokomotive Röhrenlokomotive. Die Western Railway Company wurde 1909 liquidiert, um Teil des staatlichen Eisenbahnnetzes zu werden. Am 31. August 1937 entstand durch die Zwangsfusion der fünf Konzessionsgesellschaften Nord, Ost, Paris-Orléans, PLM, Staat und Elsass-Lothringen die SNCF.
