Cette drachme a été prise comme monnaie type pour illustrer l’ouvrage de G. Savès ; elle provient du trésor de Béziers qui fut découvert en 1871 et qui contenait entre 750 et 800 drachmes.

(2. – 1. Jahrhundert v. Chr.)
Dieses Volk, das die meisten Departements Aude und Hérault bewohnte, wird weder von Ptolemaios noch von Strabo noch von Caesar erwähnt. Ihre Münzprägung ist uns nur durch die Schätze von Béziers (Hérault) bekannt, die 1871 entdeckt wurden und zwischen 750 und 800 Münzen im Languedoc-Stil enthielten, sowie durch den Schatz von Moussan in der Aude, der 1967 entdeckt wurde und der 28 Drachmen im Stil enthielt. Languedocian".
