Poids léger. Hadrien a obtenu son troisième consulat en 119. Malgré les années écoulées entre son obtention et la frappe de ce sesterce, le troisième restera son dernier consulat. Ce type de droit débute en 133 et ne prendra fin qu’en 138, à sa mort.
