Flan arrondi ; types assez frustes au droit comme au revers. Patine hétérogène, avec de petites concrétions, et une tache sur le menton au droit

Beschreibung Rückseite Croix formée de quatre cantons ; besants à peine perceptibles dans les 1er, 2e et 4e cantons et une hache dans le 3e.
Kommentare
Contrairement à la monnaie précédente, la “hache” du droit n’est pas perceptible. Cette tête, avec ce gros menton, et ce revers orné de globules correspondent à la monnaie S. 289 qui est mal photographiée. Cette drachme est aussi une dégénérescence de la monnaie S. 287 vendue dans MONNAIES XXIII, n° 728.

(2. – 1. Jahrhundert v. Chr.)
Dieses Volk, das die meisten Departements Aude und Hérault bewohnte, wird weder von Ptolemaios noch von Strabo noch von Caesar erwähnt. Ihre Münzprägung ist uns nur durch die Schätze von Béziers (Hérault) bekannt, die 1871 entdeckt wurden und zwischen 750 und 800 Münzen im Languedoc-Stil enthielten, sowie durch den Schatz von Moussan in der Aude, der 1967 entdeckt wurde und der 28 Drachmen im Stil enthielt.
