Les établissements Alquier Frères est une entreprise de charronnage née en 1857 à Mazamet. Dans les années trente, elle commence à carrosser des camionnettes et camions. Après la Seconde Guerre, elle se spécialisera dans les caisses de fourgons isothermes. L’usine ferme en 2005.
C’est le première fois que nous proposons cette monnaie en laiton.
Alquier Frères is a wheelwrighting company founded in 1857 in Mazamet. In the 1930s, it began building bodies for vans and trucks. After World War II, it specialized in insulated van bodies. The factory closed in 2005. This is the first time we've offered this brass coin.
