Beschreibung Rückseite Croix latine sur deux degrés, accostée de CA, dans un diadème de perles ; légende autour et listel.

Kommentare

Ce triens est au nom de BONEFACIVS monétaire, comme le n° 82 à 86 de l’ouvrage de Ponton d’Amécourt. Mais la croisette devant le visage correspond plutôt aux monnaies au nom de VINTRIO. Il est intéressant de noter que le Belfort recense des monnaies aux deux noms, avec BONEFACIVS E VINTRIO ; avec le centrage de notre exemplaire, il est difficile des restituer la légende de revers sur la partie droite, ce qui permettrait d’affiner le classement....
This triens is in the name of BONEFACIVS monetary, like n° 82 to 86 of the work of Ponton d'Amécourt. But the cross in front of the face corresponds rather to the coins in the name of VINTRIO. It is interesting to note that the Belfort lists coins with both names, with BONEFACIVS E VINTRIO; with the centering of our example, it is difficult to restore the reverse legend on the right part, which would allow to refine the classification...
