Très bel exemplaire avec un flan très irrégulier. Agréable patine marron foncé avec de légères concrétions orangées. Le droit est particulièrement bien venu alors que le revers a un défaut de coulée au niveau de la tête de l'oiseau

Bien que peu d'exemplaires aient été publiés, il semblerait que ce potin circule principalement autour de chez les Bituriges. Les auteurs du Nouvel Atlas le classent dans le groupe des "potins de la Loire moyenne".
