Type à l’étoile à 4 branches pour Jubia.
En 1864, est introduit le second système décimal, l’Escudo de Plata (écu d’argent). L’objectif est de parvenir à une association avec l’Union Monétaire Latine.
Les équivalences sont les suivantes :
- 10 Escudos = 100 Reales
- 100 Céntimos de Escudo = 1 Escudo .
Après la chute de la reine Isabelle II, ce second système sera remplacé en 1868 par celui de la Peseta, sur la base de 2 Escudos de plata = 5 Pesetas..
Type with a 4-pointed star for Jubia. In 1864, the second decimal system, the Escudo de Plata (silver shield), was introduced. The aim was to achieve an association with the Latin Monetary Union. The equivalences were as follows: - 10 Escudos = 100 Reales - 100 Céntimos de Escudo = 1 Escudo.
