- seconde médaille (centrale) présentant des inventions de Léonard sur un carré surélevé accosté 1452 - 1519, le revers montrant le concept de perspective avec Léonard de profil à gauche (125,21g)
- troisième médaille (revers) présente un visage humain superposé à un crâne à gauche, le revers présentant un Cavalier sur son cheval de profil à gauche (103,90g).
