Il s’agit du 2e exemplaire sur 100 médailles. Médaille conservée dans une boîte cartonnée grise.
Johannes Kepler (1571-1630) est un astronome célèbre pour avoir étudié l’hypothèse héliocentrique de Nicolas Copernic, affirmant que la Terre tourne autour du Soleil et surtout pour avoir découvert que les planètes ne tournent pas autour du Soleil en suivant des trajectoires circulaires parfaites mais des trajectoires elliptiques (cf. wikipedia).

Johannes Kepler (1571-1630) is an astronomer famous for having studied the heliocentric hypothesis of Nicolas Copernicus, stating that the Earth revolves around the Sun and especially for having discovered that the planets do not revolve around the Sun following perfect circular trajectories but elliptical trajectories (see Wikipedia)
