Historischer Hintergrund

PORTUGAL - ROYAUME DU PORTUGAL - LOUIS Ier

(1861-1889)

Ludwig I. (1838–1889) war der Sohn von Marie II. und Ferdinand II. Er ist auch der Bruder von Pierre V., dessen Nachfolger er 1861 wurde. Er heiratete 1862 Maria Pia, die Tochter von Viktor-Emmanuel II. von Italien. Sein Sohn Karl I. (1863–1908) folgte ihm 1889 nach.
