Beau petit denier, bien que fourré (?), ou plus vraisemblablement de mauvais alliage. Frappe centrée et vigoureuse des deux côtés. Patine hétérogène, assez peu photogénique, surtout au droit

La légende PECTA est assez explicite sur l’attribution de ce denier à Poitiers. Ce type de deniers toujours de bas titre et de poids léger a été frappé par le monétaire ANDOLENVS.
Le denier B. 3617 présente le même revers que notre monnaies avec + NDODN, mais associé à la légende VECTA rétrograde au droit.

Cet exemplaire a donc plutôt le droit du B. 3616 (sans le V terminal) et le revers du B. 3617.
The legend PECTA is quite explicit about the attribution of this denier to Poitiers. This type of denier, always of low fineness and light weight, was struck by the mint ANDOLENVS. The denier B. 3617 has the same reverse as our coins with + NDODN, but associated with the legend VECTA retrograde on the obverse. This example therefore has the obverse of B. 3616 (without the terminal V) and the reverse of B. 3617
