bmv_269377 - PARIS (PARISIVS) Denier PARIS à la croix ancrée

Cet exemplaire est très intéressant avec la légende PARIS devant le visage ! Le n° 978 de MONNAIES 32, avec cette même légende a été vendu 1270 sur un ordre de 1654€.
Le denier n° 597 de Cambridge a exactement ce même droit, mais avec la légende ]CHVGVSI[ autour de la croix du revers (c'est d'ailleurs l'exemplaire repris sous le n° 6308 du Belfort). Ce type avec l'épigraphie au revers serait attribué à Hugo (723 - 8 avril 730). L’exemplaire du Fitzwilliam museum de Cambridge est le seul répertorié dans le MONETA.
