Kommentare

Ce type d'obole se divise au moins en deux variétés ; avec ou sans l'M sous le menton à côté du dauphin. Sur cet exemplaire, l'M comme le dauphin sont bien complets.
Il existe une autre variété plus rare, avec le cheval marchant à gauche : seulement deux exemplaires sont répertoriés, contre plus d’une trentaine (?) avec le cheval à droite, selon la liste de G. Depeyrot dans le Numéraire celtique I “La Gaule du Sud-Est”.
This type of obol is divided into at least two varieties; with or without the M under the chin next to the dolphin. On this example, both the M and the dolphin are complete. There is another, rarer variety, with the horse walking on the left: only two examples are listed, compared to more than thirty (?) with the horse on the right, according to the list by G. Depeyrot in the Celtic Numerary I “Southeastern Gaul”
