Titulatur der Rückseite REPARATIO - REIPVB/ -|S// LVGS.

Beschreibung Rückseite Gratien, vête militairement debout de face, tourné à gauche, tenant un globe nicéphore de la main gauche et relevant une femme tourelée, agenouillée de la main droite.

Übersetzung der Rückseite “Reparatio Rei Publicæ”, (Le restaurateur du bien public).

Kommentare

Poids léger. Rubans convergents : rubans descendant verticalement le long de la nuque (type 3). Le diadème se termine par un bijou avec un cabochon carré. Les ptéryges sont visibles sous le paludamentum. Fibule d’attache sur l’épaule avec pendants. Nous n’avons pas relevé de liaison de coin pertinente.
Lightweight. Converging ribbons: ribbons descending vertically along the nape of the neck (type 3). The diadem ends with a jewel with a square cabochon. The pteryges are visible under the paludamentum. Attachment fibula on the shoulder with pendants. We did not note any relevant corner connection
