L’attribution de ce potin, toujours mal venu à la coulée varie entre les Carnutes et les Durocasses, mais il semblerait que les provenances soient plutôt concentrées autour de Dreux.

(1. Jahrhundert v. Chr.)
Die Durocasses werden von Caesar in den Gallischen Kriegen nicht zitiert. Sie scheinen sich erst recht spät von der Vormundschaft der Carnuts emanzipiert zu haben, ebenso wie die Parisii von der Vormundschaft der Senonen. Ihr Name bedeutet „die Krieger des befestigten Hügels“. Bestimmte Münzen, bei denen es sich angeblich um Karnüsse handelt, könnten ihnen wahrscheinlich zugeschrieben werden!.
