Ce type fut frappé entre 1924 et 1930. Il existe plusieurs variétés pour le millésime. Au droit est représenté le libérateur de la Colombie, Simon Bolivar (1783-1830).
A noter sur cette monnaie l’inscription “MFDELLIN” au lieu de “MEDELLIN” sous le portrait.
