Exemplaire sur un petit flan, parfaitement centré des deux côtés. Très beau portrait d’Hélios avec les cheveux flottants. Revers bien venu à la frappe. Jolie patine de médaillier avec des reflets dorés

Le caducée est associé à Aristakos qui n’est représenté que sur des drachmes. R. Ashton nous indique pour ce monétaire : “Die-linking is particularly close among the drachm issues of Gorgos, Peisikrates, Ainetor, Aristakos and Stasion”. Dans MONNAIES 31, n° 73, nous avons proposé une drachme du magistrat Gorgos associé au caducée qui s’est vendue 450€ sur un maximum à 480€ avec neuf offres. C’était un hybride associant un symbole lié normalement à Aristacos (le monétaire de notre drachme).

In COINS 31, no. 73, we offered a drachma of the magistrate Gorgos associated with the caduceus, which sold for €450 out of a maximum of €480 with nine bids. It was a hybrid combining a symbol normally linked to Aristacos (the coin of our drachma)
