Cette boîte contient aussi deux certificats de piéforts au numéro “EE”, il s’agit certainement d’une boîte d’hommage hors commerce, puisque ne portant pas de numéro et contenant deux exemplaires de chaque type. Si l’on peut supposer l’existence des lettres précédentes, AA à DD, on ignore jusqu’à quelle lettre existent ces piéforts d’hommage. Les piéforts de Mathieu sont en tranche lisse, ceux de 50 francs ont la tranche inscrite.
