La Communauté Electrique du Bénin - CEB (Communauté électrique du Bénin) est une organisation internationale codétenue par les gouvernements du Bénin et Togo. Il est en charge de développer les infrastructures d'électricité dans les deux pays qui sont fortement tributaires des importations d'énergie en provenance du Ghana. La plupart de l'énergie consommée par le Bénin et le Togo est généré au Ghana.

CEB est propriétaire du barrage Nangbeto au Togo avec une capacité installée de 64 MW. Il dispose de trois clients ; la Société Béninoise d’Énergie Électrique, Togo Électricité et l'Agence Phosphates Togo (Office togolais des phosphates Les)..
The Communauté Electrique du Bénin (BENIN Electricity Community) is an international organization co-owned by the governments of Benin and Togo. It is responsible for developing electricity infrastructure in both countries, which are heavily dependent on energy imports from Ghana. Most of the energy consumed by Benin and Togo is generated in Ghana. CEB owns the Nangbeto Dam in Togo, with an installed capacity of 64 MW. It has three clients: Société Béninoise d'Énergie Électrique, Togo Électricité, and Agence Phosphates Togo (Togolese Phosphate Agency).
