Triens fourré de bronze, avec un flan un peu court, mais des types centrés. Le droit présente une belle tête avec la légende devant le visage. Le revers est trop court avec aucune légende visible. La pellicule d’or est assez homogène, laissant apparaître le bronze seulement sur les reliefs les plus forts

Ce triens a les caractéristiques typiques du monnayage d’or mérovingien ; tête au droit et croix au revers. Aucun élément particulier ne semble permettre de proposer une attribution précise à un atelier. L'épigraphie est très pauvre au revers et les lettre présentes au droit semblent ne correspondre à rien de connu....
This triens has the typical characteristics of Merovingian gold coinage: head on the obverse and cross on the reverse. No particular element seems to allow a precise attribution to a workshop to be proposed. The epigraphy is very poor on the reverse and the letters present on the obverse do not seem to correspond to anything known...
