Das Sultanat Roum oder Sultanat Ikonium ist ein seldschukisches Sultanat, das von 1077 bis 1307 nach der Schlacht von Mantzikert in Anatolien gegründet wurde. Das Sultanat wurde nach einer Vereinbarung zwischen dem Byzantinischen Reich und dem Seldschukenführer Süleyman I. Schah gegründet. Sein Name bezieht sich auf die „Römer“ im Sinne der Araber und dann der Türken zwischen dem 7. und 15. Jahrhundert: die ehemaligen Bürger des Oströmischen Reiches.
