ENGLAND ANGLOSAXONISCHEN MÜNZEN - NORTHUMBRIA - EANRED
(ca. 810-841)
Eanred war von etwa 810 bis 841 oder 830 bis 854 König von Northumbria. Über seine Herrschaft ist wenig bekannt. Er tritt die Nachfolge von Ælfwald II. an. Unter seiner Herrschaft wurde Northumbria im Jahr 827 Egbert von Wessex unterworfen. Sein Sohn Æthelred II. folgte ihm nach.
