Avec "Monnaie Locale", titres "Administrateur" / "Directeur", daté par impression PAPEETE ( TAHITI), le 10 Juillet 1905, sans surcharge noire PAPEETE (TAHITI), Specimen/Épreuve sur papier fiduciaire épais non filigrané, perforation SPECIMEN horizontale et numérotation O.0 / 000. On remarque au verso, au centre, un numéro de caissier "27" manuscrit à l'encre noire. De toute rareté, tant pour le specimen que pour le billet émis.
