Émis à un très petit nombre d'exemplaires, il n'en subsiste aujourd'hui que quatre ou cinq. Celui-ci n'a jamais été proposé à la vente et est certainement un des plus exceptionnel billet de la Banque de France existant : le PREMIER ! numéro 0000001 ! Le plus surprenant est qu'il a circulé et n'est pas resté sagement dans un classeur pendant cent trente deux ans !.
Issued in a very small number of copies, only four or five remain today. This one has never been offered for sale and is certainly one of the most exceptional notes of the Banque de France in existence: the FIRST! number 0000001! The most surprising thing is that it circulated and did not remain wisely in a binder for one hundred and thirty-two years!
