Historischer Hintergrund
AFRIQUE ÉQUATORIALE FRANÇAISE
Französisch-Äquatorialafrika wurde 1910 gegründet. Die AEF besteht aus den Gebieten Gabun, Mittelkongo, Oubangui-Chari und Tschad. Unter der Führung von Generalgouverneur Félix Éboué (1884-1944) und dank René Pléven schloss sich Französisch-Äquatorialafrika am 26. August 1940 De Gaulle an, bald schlossen sich gaullistische Partisanen aus Kamerun und Französisch-Kongo an.
