Historischer Hintergrund
RHODESIEN UND NJASSALAND (Föderation von)
Die Föderation Rhodesien und Njassaland vereinte die Kolonien Njassaland, Nordrhodesien und Südrhodesien. Ursprünglich als Gegengewicht zu einem als feindselig geltenden Südafrika gedacht, wurde die Föderation 1963 aufgrund der Unnachgiebigkeit weißer Siedler in Südrhodesien aufgelöst.
