Droit et revers de qualité pour ce type souvent mal frappé. Les types sont centrés et les reliefs bien vigoureux. Revers un peu sombre, mais très beau droit avec une patine sombre mettant en valeur les reliefs plus brillants

Beschreibung Vorderseite Tête à gauche, la chevelure faite de deux esses et de globules ; un arc de cercle délimite la chevelure du visage ; un point pour l'œil et deux petits traits pour la bouche ; fin grènetis.

Beschreibung Rückseite Croix bouletée divisée en quatre cantons : un globule surmonté d'une lunule aux 1er, 2e et 4e cantons ; deux globules superposés au 3e canton.

Pour les drachmes de cette série, le revers a toujours la même combinaison, mais la classification permet de distinguer au moins trois types différents :
- avec un traitement assez fin et un grènetis discret et régulier (S. 281).
- avec un traitement plus grossier, tant du visage que du grènetis (S. 281 bis).
- sur un flan large et rond, avec une grosse tête poupone (inédite).
Cette drachme est typique de la variété S. 281 bis avec le traitement plus grossier et le gros grènetis.
Ce type de chevelure est très caractéristique. Il semble pourtant que les auteurs de Moneta 28 aient négligé et ignoré ce type si particulier.
For the drachmas of this series, the reverse always has the same combination, but the classification allows us to distinguish at least three different types: - with a fairly fine treatment and a discreet and regular graining (S. 281). - with a coarser treatment, both of the face and of the graining (S. 281 bis). - on a wide and round flan, with a large baby head (unpublished). This drachma is typical of the S. 281 bis variety with the coarser treatment and the large graining. This type of hair is very characteristic. However, it seems that the authors of Moneta 28 neglected and ignored this very particular type
