Ce très beau potin est bien détaillé avec une tête complète au droit (bandeau torsadé) et un très beau sanglier avec l’oreille et les soies figurées par des petits traits obliques.

Die Leuques werden in den Gallischen Kriegen nur einmal erwähnt. Ihre Nachbarn waren die Médiomatriques, die Lingons und die Séquanes. Die Leuques sowie die Séquanes und die Lingones versorgten Caesar mit Weizen, als die römische Armee in Vesontio (Besançon) Halt machte, um aufzutanken, bevor sie sich den Germanen von Ariovistus stellte (58 v.
