Das Reich erlebte seinen Höhepunkt unter Vasou Deva Ier (185-228), verschwand dann in der zweiten Hälfte des 4. Jahrhunderts und wurde durch das Goupta-Reich ersetzt, das von Chandragoupta Ier (320-335) gegründet wurde..
