Charles-Albert (2.10.1798 – 28.08.1849) ist der Sohn von Charles-Emmanuel de Savoie. Er trat 1831 die Nachfolge seines Onkels an. Nach der Niederlage von Novarre dankte er am 24. März 1849 zugunsten seines Sohnes Viktor-Emmanuel II. ab. Er starb am 28. August desselben Jahres in Porto..
